Hello my name is Tom and for years i have bought Lego and collected sets. The collection is to big so were selling ;)

Selling Lego is just a hobby, I also have normal day job. Therefor it sometimes can take a bit longer to answer messages order process orders.

Since we are not business sellers we cannot send other invoices then the ones BrickOwl generates.

All used parts and sets are clean and in good condition. Some used parts show very light discoloration (especially white and blue can have this) or very small damages, anything more than a few scratches will always be mentioned.

We always ship orders within 7 days after payment, although we try to send it the day after payment.

Shipment is done in a bubble envelope or box.

Sometimes it happens that we can't find an ordered item. In that case we will contact you to see what the best solution is.

If there are any questions, comments or you want (extra) pictures of the parts and sets, you can contact us.

If there is any problem with your order please contact us so we can figure out what can be done to fix things. Shipping cost for returning an order are not refunded.
